










Andrew was born and raised in Denton, MD. After graduating from North Caroline High School, Class of ’05, he attended The University of Maryland, College Park and obtained a BS in Civil Engineering. Andrew has worked in the Construction Management field ever since, and has been the General Manager of Bob Breeding General Contractors, LLC since 2014, which is his family’s commercial construction company based in Denton and founded by his grandfather in 1969. Andrew also serves as a Trustee and Youth Director at Talbot Bible Church in Easton, MD. He resides in Denton with his wife, Cara, and son, Luke.

Bob moved to Caroline County with his wife Nancy after retiring from a career in Information Technology where he held a variety of Executive and Sales roles. Bob has an MBA from NYU and a BS in Operations Management from Syracuse. He is passionate about supporting his family, community and giving back. Bob and Nancy have two children, a son who lives in Philadelphia, and a daughter who runs an equine farm in Caroline County.

Karen Lisch Gianninoto moved to Denton, Maryland in 1979, from Springfield, Ohio to begin her 35 year career in education. She worked for Caroline County Public Schools, Salisbury University, and the Maryland State Department of Education. She served a teacher, grant manager, ESL Specialist, and Professional Development Specialist. In retirement, she works for Martinak and Tuckahoe State Parks. She is married to Tony Gianninoto who was born and raised in Greensboro, MD. They have 3 children and 3 grandchildren.

Danielle Forrest is an Assistant Branch Manager for Shore United Bank, where Danielle leads a vibrant team in customer service, financial and business solutions, and lending needs. Danielle has worked in community banking for over six years, and in customer service for over twenty-five years. Danielle currently resides in Federalsburg.
Danielle enjoys spending time with her husband, Bryan, and their five children. Her hobbies include community service, true crime shows, and watching their son, Greyson, play soccer. Danielle is currently a member of the Denton Rotary Club, where she sits as the Program Coordinator.
Danielle likes to help others and make a positive impact in all that she does. She makes friends wherever she goes and treats everyone she meets like they’re family.

Matt is a North Carolina native who moved to Denton in 2018 with his wife (Sarah) and two sons (James and Luke). He graduated from University of Richmond School of Law in 2009 and is a member of the Virginia Bar. However, Matt has spent almost his entire professional career in the field of cybersecurity and currently works for the security firm, CrowdStrike.

Luke Bilbrough is a Caroline County native and a 2011 graduate of North Caroline High School. After graduation, he began working at his family’s business, Bilbrough’s Electric, where he has built his career and remains actively involved today. Through years of hands-on experience in the field and leadership within the company, Luke has developed a strong reputation for practical problem-solving, a commitment to quality workmanship, and a focus on building lasting relationships with clients and the community he serves. He currently serves as Vice President, helping guide the company’s daily operations, strategic growth, and long-term vision.

Yolanda Holloway, Ph.D. is a lifelong educator, and servant-leader dedicated to strengthening families and expanding opportunity for children across Maryland’s Mid-Shore. With more than 25 years in public education, she brings a deep understanding of the challenges students and families face and a passion for building supportive systems that connect schools, homes, and community partners in meaningful ways. Having worked for 13 years in Caroline County Public Schools and currently, as the Director of Student Services for Dorchester County Public Schools, she understands the vast needs of the many in rural communities that extend well beyond the schools’ doors.
Through her active participation in the Kappa Theta Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Dr. Holloway supports initiatives addressing food insecurity, youth leadership, economic empowerment, and community wellness. She strives to live out her sorority’s mission of “Service to ALL Mankind.” Her service reflects her belief that when communities come together with intention, a sense of purpose, and compassion, they create the conditions for families—and especially children—to thrive.
