Our shelter, conveniently located in Denton, MD, warmly welcomes guests from September through the end of April. Within our shelter, we have thoughtfully arranged 5 family rooms, 6 comfortable beds for single females, 6 inviting beds for single males. Operating from 4:30 PM until 8:30 AM, our shelter ensures that guests have a secure and nurturing environment during their stay. We take great pride in seeing that our guests' needs are met each day. We understand the importance of providing sustenance to our guests, ensuring their physical well-being and promoting a sense of belonging within our shelter community.
To further support our guests, we provide transportation services within the town, connecting them to our resource center. At this center, individuals have access to essential amenities such as the internet, valuable employment and housing resources, and empowering skills training sessions. We believe that equipping our guests with these tools will enable them to overcome challenges and forge a brighter future.
At our shelter, we strive to create a compassionate and inclusive atmosphere where individuals and families can find solace, support, and opportunities for personal growth.
Join us in our efforts to make a difference in the world. Whether you volunteer your time, donate funds, or spread awareness about our cause, every little bit helps. Together, we can create lasting change and improve the lives of those in need.

We partner with local organizations to provide educational trainings to our guests such as financial literacy, dealing with anxiety and depression, getting ahead and many more.
We are able to provide move in assistance to our guests who qualify. Each guest receives a welcome home basket filled with household items as well as toiletries.
Senior Haven is a year-round transitional house for senior adults waiting to move into permanent housing. The wait for senior housing can be two years, so this will give homeless seniors a safe place to live independently during this time. Seniors will continue to work with a case manager and community partners in a true home setting.
